Product information "Cantilever solid staircase CORTE 980"
Grade S355J2W+N
Material no. 1.8965
Visible surface pre-rusted
Width: 980 mm
Pitch: 150 mm
Tread: 300 mm
Number of treads: 6 pieces
Welded-on nubs on the treads to increase slip resistance (standard)
OPTIONAL: without welded-on nubs - reduced price
Production note: The staircase consists of individual treads, each of which is welded together at the inside corner. The front edge is curved and therefore has a corresponding bending radius.
Supplied complete in one piece
2x open oblong holes each for bolting to the tread and tread exit
50 mm indented, tread width 80 mm
OPTIONAL: for setting in concrete:
2x open elongated holes each for flat iron anchors at the entrance and exit
50 mm indented, lug width entrance 80 mm, angle exit height 100 x width 80 mm
Foundation: on-site
Point foundation made of concrete C12/15 and compacted frost protection material
Note on stability and deflection: For sufficient stability and low deflection, the staircase must be firmly anchored to the foundation at the approach and exit.
If the stainless steel surface is overflowed, "rust carry-over" can occur in sensitive areas such as wooden terraces or natural stone floors. Depending on the weathering condition, the requirements for slip resistance are not met. The staircase is only approved as an additional side staircase.
With Corten steel, a certain rust detachment of 0.05 mm of the surface occurs, especially in the first few years. Plan the installation in such a way that this rust detachment can run off in a defined manner.
