We attach great importance to the quality of our products. Should complaints nevertheless arise in individual cases, we kindly ask you to observe the following steps in order to support us in a smooth processing.

RETURNS :
 

The contents of our cancellation policy are decisive for the processing of returns for consumers Cancellation policy

However, you can make the process easier for us and you by sending us an e-mail in advance to info@gartenmetall.de with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Article numbers of the products you wish to return. 
  • Reason for return 
  • Processing (refund or replacement) 

One of our staff will then contact you to advise how to proceed. 


RECLAIMS:

In the event of damage, please proceed as follows.

1. Description of the damage 

Please send us an e-mail to info@gartenmetall.de with a detailed description of the defect. In the case of visible defects, please send meaningful photos for better evaluation.  

2. Inspection

After receipt of your damage report and the photos, you will usually receive a response within 1 to 3 working days on how to proceed. 

3. Conclusion

Depending on the result of the inspection and the agreement, you will receive a replacement delivery or a refund.
